Parents may enquire / apply for the next session from December month onwards till 10th. July of the present session.

The fee structure is divided in two levels Grade I to V and Grade VI to X. Additional charges for Food and Transportation as applicable and mentioned in the fee structure. Kindly visit School Office for further details if any. After every three years fee is revised @ upto 15% with the consent of PTA and expenses.
Children are safely monitored in campus with CCTV camera equipped classroooms and surveillances, both the electronically and human force.Panic Alarms are placed at prominent places. Didis (Support Staff) are deputed everywhere to guide and take care of students. School gates are well regulated by Security Guards and PTZ cameras. School building is certified for its structure and all the Fire Safety equipments are installed in the premises, checked and maintained on regular basis.
Yes, the faculties and all the staff members are trained as per the requirements of CBSE and State Education dept.
40 students per section. The school has approval of running 04 sections per class. Teachers & students ratio is 1:10.
Parents need to submit the following documents for securing admission -
1) Admission Form (duly filled in by the parents)
2) Parents Details Form (duly filled in by the parents)
3) Medical Certificate signed by authorised Medical Practitioner. (In Original)
4) Photocopy of Birth Certificate of Child
5) Final Semester Marksheet of Child
6) Transfer Certificate of previous school (Original)
7) Aadhaaar Card of Child
8) Address Proof of Child (Avoid if correct address on child's aadhaar)
9) 02 Passport size photographs, 01 Photo each of Mother and Father

VDDS considers parents as partners in the education process and parents are free to meet teachers, with prior appointment, preferably on Saturdays.
Campus
VDDS maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. There are regular checks and monitoring by the school administration as well as deputed committee, the Principal of the school with dedicated staff for different areas.
School timings are as follows -
Mon to Friday/Regular Days
Grade I to IV : 08:25 AM till 3:30 PM
Saturday: Departure Time (Grade I to X): 1:30 pm
Grade VI to X : 08:25 AM till 04:30 PM

With First in Math, part and parcel of the study curriculum, our student solved highest number as 88,032 sums for the current academic session 2023-24.
Yes. The school has a pre approved balanced diet menu, keeping in mind the nutritious food items required for children on daily basis. The School Food Management Committee takes care of daily preparation of food under their observation with hygiene as the topmost priority while preparing and serving the food items. FSSAI Certificate for Food Safety has also been obtained by the school. From Day 01 Single parent are invited to Taste the meals.
Yes, the school buses / transportation is compulsory for all the students residing within the vicinity of 1.0KM from school gate. The Buses available for pick and drop of school children are fully equipped with modern facilities such as GPS tracking, CCTV, Biometric system and Speed Governner. There are fully Trained Drivers and Lady Conductors in every bus. We have no Door to Door service, instead only dedicated route and stops.
Yes, the school campus is completely student friendly. The campus has been designed keeping in mind the safety and security aspects of school children. School building is fully equipped with CCTV cameras including the playground area and classrooms to monitor activities of children, on the other hand Teachers and Staff are always there to ensure safety of children even while they are on the ground or during their playtime.There's Double safety wall to ensure safety of children. The school campus provides full ventilation and natural light to children even while they are in classrooms with sufficient big windows. Fresh breeze of air with required sunlight is another USP that this campus has.
Yes, teaching moral values to the students is our basic aim and is a part of our regular syllabus. Our students are taught to say Namaste in an orthodox manner to all the visitors, visiting school & staff. They are being taught to respect their elders and Gurus via motivational speeches and movies / autobiographies of great leaders.
School has both, indoor as well as outdoor facilities for sports and games. It has a huge indoor sports room wherein indoor games such as Table Tennis, Chess and Carrom are played. A huge playground is utilised as a court for playing Cricket, Football, Hockey, Volleyball and Handball etc. A separate Basketball Court is readily available for the students. Skating and Self Defense Coaches ensure participation of students in these unique sports. Ample of space is available apart from the area already used by school for starting further facilities of indoor/outdoor sports. Every game is played under the supervision of Teachers / Coaches.
Yoga is a compulsory part of school's daily assembly, to be mentally strong . Self Defense training is taught to students (Girls and Boys) thorugh a trained Self Defense Coach, to be physicaly strong.
Exams should be considered as a regular feature and routine. VDDS tries to eliminate the Exam Phobia. Teachers are available, and the Support Study System will take care of this preparation. Above all the students are allowed to carry their books/note books home during Exam time, to revise at home.
Students are allowed to carry their note books etc on Saturday and be brought back to school on Monday. The school through its dedicated ERP will be sharing the Topics ongoing/ covered and status of the students, marks obtained, task completed/ incompleted. Teachers might make calls and speak to you as well or may message you individually and vice-versa you as a parent can get the information. Normally 2nd. Saturday you can meet the teachers, with prior appointment.
The school Bus will be used to carry them to & fro.
Yes, Food is compulsory and Transportation is optional for all the students. VDDS education begins from the Transportation / Bus services provided to students. The students are going to learn Road Safety while sitting in the Buses. School plans for special news and listening skills to be played inside the Buses so that children can develop good communication skills and stay updated.

Visitors & Parents are allowed to visit on Saturday in the school premises, kindly carry the Aadhar card.
Both Indoor and Outdoors. However, every sports has a dedicated coach. Presently , we have Hockey, Cricket, Football, Atheletes, Handball, Basket ball, Kho-Kho, Skating, Self Defense ( Taekwondo). Yoga is compulsory. However we have TT, Chess & Carrom etc. where students are given basic trainings and skills.
No-Physical or CORPORAL punishment is given. However, if any indiscipline is observed, acts, behavior, bullying in and out of the school, including transport OR use of vulgar languages, slangs and abuses, OR to the matter cyber crime or any act which leads to mental/physical torture of any student/staff or defamation of the reputation of the school, such students are SUSPENDED to the extent of cancellation of the admission of the student from school.
We have a dedicated infirmary room, partially equipped, with all First aid facility. All the staff are given basic training to handle crisis situation. The school has a tie-up with the most reputed hospital of the city- "Criticare" to attend our students & Staff during any medical emergecy.

No, If you have any concern, which is urgent, you may only send a WA message to 7447432100. You are not allowed to meet, any staff beyond school hours for any reason, related to your ward. We also don not encourage any messages to be sent after 8:00pm. Do not send any messages or call on Sunday/ Hoiday's. Please refer to the Communication link, provided to you during/after admission.
Safety First- Its better not to allow your child to come to school. They should be in home.

No - Please don’t send your child If they are sick or suffering fom any severe health issues.
All the staff are trainned as far as First Aid is concerned. We have separate medical room to attend. Above all the school has an exclusive tie-up with the most trusted private hospital- Criticare, who will attend our students on priority basis.
No. If at all you can send small token gifts, NOT EATABLES. Its advised to send a small sapling or a book, but not mandatory.
